FAQ

How do I import a route?

Open the Routes tab and tap the + button. You can import a GPX file from your device, or browse routes from Ride With GPS or Strava if you've connected those accounts in Settings > Integrations.

How do I send a route to my Apple Watch?

From the Routes tab, tap the upload arrow next to any route. Make sure your watch is nearby and the Computa watch app is installed. A green checkmark means it's on the watch.

Why isn't my ride uploading to Strava?

Check that your Strava account is connected and Auto-Upload is enabled in Settings > Integrations. The upload happens when the ride transfers from your watch to your phone — make sure your phone is nearby after finishing a ride.

Does the app cost anything?

No. Computa is completely free with no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. If you'd like to support development, there's an optional tip jar in Settings.

What Apple Watch models are supported?

Computa works on Apple Watch Series 6 and later running watchOS 10+.

How do I delete my data?

You can delete individual rides and routes by swiping left on them. To remove all data, delete and reinstall the app or clear from Settings > Data Management. To disconnect third-party accounts, go to Settings > Integrations.
